We work on 2 sectors in the insect world. We have a breeding part which is used to generate our larvae and a transformation part to produce dehydrated larvae of quality.
We are our own supplier in larvae, we have a monitoring and tracing of our insects and of all the local inputs necessary for the proper functioning of our breeding.
Entomobio currently offers 2 products, both intended for human consumption:
Dehydrated mealworm larvae

Brown in color and with a smell approaching hazelnut and brown sugar, we offer you a product with notes of dried fruit to enhance your creations of bio-responsible proteins.
This alternative protein incorporates more benefits for the body than traditional proteins (beef, pork and chicken).
Thanks to our breeding and transformation process validated by the EFSA and initiator of the "Novel Food" dossier, our products retain their quality and virtues for around 18 months, whether in whole or powder form.
Our breeding processes allow us to achieve this shelf life without any additives, preservatives or other chemicals. We have a 100% natural product without any trace of pesticides or GMOs All this with respect for the animal and the hygiene standards.
